As operadoras de telecomunica\u00e7\u00f5es \u00a0foram orientadas a justi\u00e7ar \u00a0&#8220;raz\u00f5es de congelamento&#8221;.<\/p>\n<p>O corte de internet, tem sido uma realidade em v\u00e1rios pa\u00edses n\u00e3o democr\u00e1ticos no continente africano visando evitar que os eleitores partilhem resultados eleitorais das actas s\u00ednteses que s\u00e3o \u00a0afixados na parede das Assembleia de Voto.
